The first meeting usually begins with an acquaintance, joint discussion of the work plan and consideration of interesting solutions. Then we make a terms of reference, discuss stylistics, needs and possible layouts and make measurements and photo fixation of premises.

All works are carried out strictly under the design project development contract that can be found here. Any good design is based on the right approach.

COST OF AN INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT FOR COMMERCIAL PREMISES

In Olga Mudryakova Studio the cost of a design project depends on the type of premises and its floor area.

  • Offices and shops - over 20 $/sq. m.
  • Cafes, restaurants, hostels, hotels, guest houses - over 50 $/sq. m.

COST OF AN INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT FOR APARTMENTS

Our special service, a pre-design proposal, allows you to decide on further collaboration.

  • Premises with a floor area 100 sq. m - 60 $/sq. m.

 

The design project cost does not include the facility support.
The cost of support - is over 450 $/month. The price depends on the floor area and remoteness of the facility from the Ring Road of St. Petersburg.
Control over works, communication with contractors, entry of adjustments to drawings after dismantling of walls/plastering, selection of color solutions.
The cost of support does not include the acceptance of materials and control of workmanship.

As a result of our collaboration, you will be provided with:

  1. Design project with a set of drawings and sketches in hard copy - for you;
  2. Design project with a set of drawings in hard copy - for builders.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

A part of the project cost is paid at each stage in accordance with the contract. Including:
First stage - 20% prepayment;
Second stage - 50% after the approval of the layout solution (before 3D visualization);
Third stage - 30% after the delivery of the complete final project;

CONTENT OF THE DETAILED DESIGN PROJECT:

  1. Measurement plan;
  2. Partition dismantling plan;
  3. Partition installation plan;
  4. Furniture layout;
  5. Ceiling plan with the type of materials, units and sections;
  6. Lighting layout with reference to switches;
  7. Power socket and outlet layout;
  8. Floor plan with the floorings used;
  9. Floor heating layout with reference to controllers;
  10. Plumbing equipment layout with reference to outlets;
  11. Door and opening specification;
  12. Wall elevation by premises with decorative fixtures and dimensions;
  13. Wall elevation with tile layout and dimensions;
  14. Drawings and sketches of tailor made items (if necessary);
  15. Lighting specification;
  16. Interior finishing work report;
  17. Project visualization.
