A two-room apartment on Gzhatskaya Street for a couple who decided to move closer to their children and grandchildren. All works were performed remotely. The clients used as a basis the project on Optikov Street. They like a lot of English tiles. We used it in small quantities in the project. They also requested to arrange a large number of storage places, which was quite possible owing to a large wide corridor. Such storage area, in its turn, allowed to make the living room a place for rest and relaxation. A fireplace, which is also a heating element, creates a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Initially, it appeared just as a functional unit.
