The design of a three-room apartment with a floor area of 100 sq.m in 4 Horizons Residential Complex was made for a young family in the Loft style. This space did not require remodeling, so we expanded one of the bathrooms with the corridor area. So that we could divide them into male and female ones. The development of the interior began with the consideration of an important circumstance - the presence of a serious supply and exhaust ventilation system. It was necessary to find good solutions for quite serious ceiling drops.
Metal tiles typical for industrial interiors was used on the floor in the hallway and the kitchen. In this case, we used tiles of only black color. In the interior we used clinker bricks, wood texture tiles, natural wood and surfaces imitating concrete. Metal structures were also widely used in this project.
