A family of three with an adult child (student) has planned to move to St. Petersburg. So, they decided to purchase and arrange an apartment. This apartment with a floor area of 93.5 sq.m in Mirozdanie Residential Complex became the smallest housing in their lives, as the clients has always lived in houses. Since the clients live in another city, all the work was made remotely.
The clients did not want to change the layout significantly. The only thing they agreed to do was the combination of a kitchen and a living room. The central partition with a stained-glass window closed the kitchen from the living room. But at the same time the open space was preserved. In the finishing of rooms we used a lot of tiles with an ornament.
