The design project of an apartment with a floor area of 108 sq. m in New Town Residential Complex was designed for a young family with two children (a boy and a girl). The general style of the apartment is the contemporary style with elements of minimalism. The main accent of the interior is a group of sliding metal partitions with corrugated glass. Optionally, a kitchen, a living room and a corridor may be combined into one large common area or, to the contrary, divided.
In the center of the kitchen there is an island combined with a bar counter. The living room also has a dining area and an area for guests and rest. In the floor finishing modular parquet of warm honey color was used, which made the space warm despite the neutral color of the walls. Also in the apartment there are two children's rooms - a brutal room for a younger man and a delicate room in pink for a little princess.
