Spacious four-room apartment was intended for a family of four. The layout and the floor area of the apartment allows to create many comfortable and convenient layout solutions. The selected option did not require major changes, but allowed to implement all our ideas. Remodeling of the apartment mainly affected the bathroom near the hallway and the hallway itself. Small changes in the apartment allowed to arrange three bathrooms - a bathroom, a toilet and a combined bathroom with a shower. A quite large hall is located immediately at the entrance to the apartment. Sufficient storage areas allowed not to place cabinets in the hall. The other benefit of the layout is that the apartment is strictly divided into a private area and a common area. The kitchen is combined with the living room. The kitchen “island” makes it possible not only to expand the working area, but also to select the place for eating. You can have a quick snack in the “island” part of the kitchen or arrange a family dinner at a large table by the panoramic window.
Contrast materials were used in the finishing of the kitchen-living room - smooth painted walls, classic moldings and cornices in combination with clinker bricks. All family members took part in the discussion of the design of the children's rooms. The design of the rooms was approved after the consent of the children.
