HOW WE ARE WORKING
The time for the development of a complete design project is 40-60 working days.
It depends on the floor area and complexity of the designed facility and the workload of the design studio.
The example of the work performed for a two-room apartment on weekdays is presented below.
You have selected our design studio and consulted with us by phone or mail. You have sent the layouts and specified the scope of work. Then you have received a commercial proposal.
We meet with you in our cozy office or go directly to the site, as agreed. We explain in more detail our capabilities and show the result of work that you get.
Meeting at the site. We sign a design project development contract, make measurements and take photos. We discuss the work plan, the style and the needs. You pay for the first stage of work.
During this period, depending on the needs of the client, 3 or more optimal layout solutions are developed. Layout solution is the basis for the design project. At this stage, options are discussed and combined at the client’s discretion.
You pay for the second stage of work. At this stage, we determine the stylistic and color solution, as well as select furniture and finishing materials. The result of the stage is a package of images of the interior.
At this stage, the maximum number of construction drawings for 3D visualization is developed.
As a result of our collaboration, you will have a design project with a set of drawings and sketches in soft and hard copy - for you and for builders. You pay for the third stage of work.
